“We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.”

“The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time. ”

“The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. ”

“Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. ”

“We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. “Small problem with keyless entry first time but very quickly fixed. Super clean, all amenities thought of. In a nice neighborhood. Back yard to let the dog out was wonderful bonus. Better washer and dryer than I have at home. Stayed while my house having renovations. Great location!”

“The house was everything we wanted and more. Super clean, easy to find, close to shopping and highways but extremely quiet and relaxing.The layout is great for families. Huge kitchen that is well stocked and a master suite that you could stay in all day!! Hosts were very easy to work with and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again. ”
